The cats and kittens which were abandoned when a family left the country are still looking for loving homes. CARA (Compassion and Responsibility for Animals) doesn't have a shelter - we normally deal with spaying/neutering - we have a low cost spay and neuter clinic in Makati. There are no shelters in the Philippines that have enough space to take on so many cats all at once, plus growing up in a shelter is a very sad situation. There's a contact name below each photo. Any kitten that is adopted can be spayed/neutered by CARA when they are 5-6 months old. The cats that are old enough have been spayed already. I know it is holiday time but please consider giving a cat a chance at a good life, they are all litter trained and friendly.

Open to kids five to 12 years of age, the 'Little Bakers Class', held every Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 5pm during June, is sure to be a hit with your kids. They'll learn how to make macadamia nut, oatmeal raisin, choco butter, pistachio and dark choc-chip cookies. Children will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the class.
